Tell me about this virus please

Dear Dad and the Brotherhood of Light,

In the light of all that is going on in the world I feel the need to communicate with you. For years I have heard you speak about the upcoming transformation, that we all will wake up and that there is no need to worry but we all should be calm and at ease. That we have  to trust and help others in their process. But that also chaos can occur. What is your point of view at Covid-19 at the moment?

Dear Bon,

Yes my dear child, this is not the beginning of the transformation, it has already been happening for some years now. This is merely a part of it. We look upon this process with so much love, for after all the chaos and changes (things man naturally has trouble coping with) a bright light will appear. On earth and within you, in all of you. Many of you chose to be on earth at this specific time to support the process of transformation. That is what you have been called to do. For a long time many viruses have spread the world; the virus of fear, greed, separation and most of all; the virus of ignorance. So many people are unaware of their true essence. And now there is this Covid virus, a ‘real’ one, spreading the world. You have a choice, you know. You can catch the virus of fear, or you can choose love, compassion, understanding, patience and reconciliation. Different choices, different worlds.

Please acknowledge that everyone has their own way of coping with these changes, from fear to denial to panic to laughing about it. What we need the most is compassion, understanding, calmness and trust. First of all inside yourself. You need to calm your mind, to think clearly, so you can feel deep within what is needed, for yourself and how to help others. Surely you agree that you cannot think clearly when you are in panic, when only reacting instinctively. You are more than your instincts, more than your thoughts.

What is it mankind truly longs for? Do you want to get angry or frustrated when someone else reacts out of fear? Or do you  want to calm down the other one? This is not just about the material virus, but also about a virus in energy, in thoughts. You have to look at it in that way also. It is essential! When being attacked, will you fight back, so both of you remain in the same frequency, or do you choose love? A loving method of communication which immediately will generate a higher frequency en can cause you to spread light. In essence that is what every souls desires, even when the man the soul embodies is overcome by fear of this virus.

Right Bon, here we go:

• Enhance your frequency! Sit down in your own space, close your eyes and align with the Brotherhood of Light. There are so many beautiful souls and light beings close to earth willing to help you, inspire you and send you light. Let them drench you with their energy of trust, joy and peace. Also, there are meditation groups. Like yours Bon, every night from 21.00-21.30 h. together you –each in his or her own house- meditate. Connect to all the others whom you might not know, but you know they are there and they too are meditating at the same time, on the same subject. This will ease you so you can sleep better.  We too are there from our side. Together we form a beautiful group of light. You have seen the energy this can generate. You have been practising with your groups for so long, and now you know why. The light and energy is expanding enormously.
• When you are scared, meditate more and longer. Do not let fear take over your thoughts and emotions and most of all, do not act out of fear. Every soul on earth is invited to go through this cleansing process.
• Be kind to each other, have compassion. Sometimes that means biting your tongue before you act upon your instincts. Everybody is in transformation, each in his or her own way. It is not up to you to judge their process.
• Confide in the bigger plan. How difficult this may sound, keep the faith. It will calm you down, ease your system and it will make your thoughts more clearly so inspiration from above will have better access to your mind.
• Think, philosophize, contemplate about the new earth. Visualize it! See how it can be, how we can all connect and cooperate. See it, feel it, set your fantasy free. And then free this energy and frequency, like throwing it up in the air. It will spread with the speed of light.
• Physically, to stop the virus from spreading, keep physical distance. Connect on other levels, mentally, energetically, emotionally. Can you imagine the beauty of it? Total spiritual connection.

So often, mankind has shown that he cán rise above himself in times of chaos and crisis. What happens is one starts to act from the soul, from his or her essence. And that is always cooperative, connected, loving and trusting. Faithful.
